Lab Made Custom Molded Earplugs
If you can’t get to us, or we can’t get to you, we can still make custom molded earplugs that will fit your ears perfectly. All you have to do is visit an audiology clinic, and send the mold to us.
And with lab made custom molded earplugs, you can insert a wider range of electronics too. Like speakers or drivers for listening to music, bluetooth so you can connect to your phone, race and CEPs for communication, and even digital electronics for shooters.

Custom molded earplugs, for musicians
There’s a range of filters to choose from, and we can also design your custom molded earplugs around any existing in-ear monitor you already have. This includes earbuds like Apple airpods, Bose stereo and Shure musicians drivers.

– Hard wearing yet soft and flexible
The silicone we use is premium, highest grade so they’re hard wearing yet soft and pliable. They generally last about five years (and often longer!) but if the silicone cracks due to heavy use, just let us know and we’ll renew the coating for a small fee.

Professional examination
Whether you come to us, or go to an audiology clinic, the first step will be to conduct a professional examination of your ear, checking the eardrum and ear canal, to ensure it’s safe to go ahead.
Making the mold
If all is well, a small piece of threaded foam known as an Otto Block will be carefully placed to protect your eardrum while we take the mold. And once it’s done, ensure the molds are sent to us, and we’ll make your custom molded earplugs.
