Work approved for employees
These are the only custom molded earplugs that are work approved and comply with Australian hearing standards AS/NZS1270-2002 as a true Class 5 protector with an SLC 80 rating of 28.

Instant custom molded earplugs – the process
Professional examination
First we’ll conduct a professional examination of your ear, checking the eardrum and ear canal, to ensure it’s safe to go ahead.
Making the mold
If all is well, we’ll insert a small piece of threaded foam, known as an Otto Block, to protect your eardrum while we take the mold. Now we’ll mix the silicone mixture with your chosen colour, and gently inject it to produce an exact impression of your ear. We’ll remove the earplugs, smooth off any rough edges and then dip them in two coats of clear silicone, making them watertight and easy to clean.
Fitting the mold
Finally we’ll ensure the earplugs fit perfectly, add connecting cords if required, show you how to look after them, and you’re done.
